Cross-border e-commerce operation (Amazon)

Job Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the operation, maintenance, management and daily mail of Amazon Amazon site to ensure account security and performance growth;

2.Cross-border platform sales of goods for uploading and maintenance, selling point refining, determining images and writing product copy and checking, products on the shelves for sale, maintenance and optimisation of product keywords, product descriptions, set up promotions;

3.Setting up on-site promotions and promotions for products as well as effect analysis, responsible for off-site media promotion and evaluation;

4.Data collation (including CRM system data entry, monthly data collation and analysis, planning the future development of the shop);

5.Responding to customers' orders with feedback, after-sales processing;

6.Assist the superior to complete the sales target set by the team.

Position requirements and conditions:

1. college degree or above, around 24-30 years old, good English foundation is required; Cet4 or above or proficiency in other small languages, such as Japanese, French, German, Spanish both;

2. more than one year Amazon sales experience is preferred, familiar with the policies and regulations of Amazon platform;

3. skilled in the use of excel and other office software, able to obey the work arrangements of superiors.

4. have good market insight, data analysis ability and logical thinking ability, have a strong sense of planning, execution;

5. have work enthusiasm, down-to-earth, able to withstand strong work pressure, aspiring to long-term development in cross-border e-commerce industry.

Warehouse Clerk

Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for shipping orders, labelling and shipping work;

2.Responsible for co-ordinating the docking factory shipments and product quality inspection;

3.Other matters arranged by the supervisor.

Position requirements and conditions:

1.College degree or above, skilled operation of computer, skilled operation of WORD, EXCEL, such as e-commerce platform warehousing and shipping or customer service work experience is preferred.

2.Honest and trustworthy, have a strong sense of time, with full of work enthusiasm and teamwork spirit;
